The Process

What it looks like when you work with us

Project Discovery

This is where we define your project. I'll send you a website questionnaire asking about your website goals, your website's target audience, and desired website functionality and content.

We then schedule a call to review your questionnaire and I answer any questions.

Design

I present designs to you as PDF mockups, and you get the chance to give your feedback in a structured revision process.

Once the design is finalized, I move onto developing the website. We collaborate to build a custom website that fits your specific needs.

Build & Launch

I finish building the site and do a final review and technical tests to make sure everything is working.

When this is finished, I will prepare final files and start the handover process, including login credentials and a walkthrough on maintaining your site, including updating any of your site's content.

Whenever you would like to add new content, such as new books, news events, or blog posts, you can do so easily in the custom Admin dashboard we set up just for author websites. We will train you how to make these updates, and we'll be available during and after the launch of your website for questions and to fix any issues that may arise.
